This Privacy Policy describes how Ultrawide Lab (the "Controller") operating www.ultrawidelab.it collects, uses, and protects personal data in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. Data We Collect
a) Data you provide
Through the contact form we collect: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), and message text.
b) Automatically collected data
Technical data generated by hosting infrastructure logs (IP address, user agent, access timestamps, requested URLs) for security and maintenance purposes. We do not use own cookies or behavioural analytics tools.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
- Responding to contact requests — pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
- Site security, diagnostics, and maintenance — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
We do not use data for marketing, profiling, or advertising.
4. Third Parties Involved
- Cloudflare, Inc. — site hosting (Cloudflare Pages) and spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). Cloudflare may process IP addresses and technical data as a data processor. Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
- Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS SES) — delivery of emails submitted via the contact form. Message data transits through AWS servers. AWS Privacy Policy.
- Adobe Fonts (Typekit) — serving the Bebas Neue Pro font. Adobe may collect technical data for font delivery. Adobe Fonts Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts — serving the Inter and Caveat fonts. Google may collect technical data for font delivery. Google Privacy Policy.
5. International Transfers
Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to Cloudflare and AWS servers. Such transfers are made with appropriate GDPR safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions).
6. Data Retention
- Contact messages: retained for the time necessary to handle the request.
- Technical logs: retained according to the hosting provider's policies.
7. Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase your data, restrict or object to processing, and request data portability. Exercise these rights by writing to info@uc-studio.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
8. Cookies
We do not use own cookies or tracking technologies. Third parties (Cloudflare Turnstile, Adobe Fonts, Google Fonts) may set strictly necessary technical cookies for their services to function.
9. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures, including HTTPS, access controls, and cloud infrastructure with security certifications.
10. Minors
The site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Any updates to this Privacy Policy will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
